This fully automatic mask integrated machine mainly consists of a multi-layer (up to 6 layers) material roll loading mechanism, nose line transmission / shearing / landfilling mechanism, coding / printing (optional), ear strap welding, body forming / shearing and scraping, recycling and other mechanisms, which can automatically complete the body forming of the mask, automatically add the nasal bridge ribs, ear strap welding and automatic counting.

This machine is a fully automatic folding mask production line (N95 / KN95 mask). The equipment is loaded in a full roll. Multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding. The nose line is unwound and cut and welded. The two rolls of ear straps are automatically unwound. 1. After fixed-length cutting and welding, the body is folded in half, and after ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.

Equipment components and workflow
- Feeding area: 4 rolls of raw materials can be supplied at the same time. When the material is used up, it will automatically detect and alert.
- Nose bridge feeding: use joint venture brand high-speed module to link feeding, whether raw materials are tested.
- Ultrasonic roll forming: mature technology, with nose bridge position sensing, can accurately control the position of the nose bridge.
- Earband welding: reciprocating online earband welding, the length of the earband is easy to adjust, and the material is automatically detected for presence or absence.
- Folding welding: reciprocating online folding welding, the size of the mask can be adjusted by touch screen control.
- Cutting and cutting: the hob cuts and transfers to the cutting position, and the material is received manually
